NAKHE protects the personal privacy of its members by maintaining confidentiality of all member information. NAKHE does not use member information for any purpose other than its authorized use. Member information is made available to the board of directors, executive director, committee members and others on an as-needed basis. NAKHE discloses the minimum information necessary to fulfill its mission and purposes. Those receiving the information are instructed that it is confidential and to be used only for the purpose(s) expressively intended. Member information will be released only after consent is obtained from the member. Members will be notified about any breach of privacy or failure to maintain proper access to records.
