What's New > Quest Coaching Special Issue
NAKHE invites you to submit articles for a special issue of QUEST that focuses on sport and athletic coaching. Compared to many other kinesiology disciplines, coaching is relatively new but is growing quickly, incorporating many disciplines within its academic content and practice.
Articles may be theoretical, research-based, or applied in nature. Examples may include, but are not limited to, best practices for coaches, interventions within coaching, the coaching profession, professional training and development, and coach health and well-being.
This issue will be published in the Spring 2027 issue and is limited to a maximum of eight articles. To have your articles considered, please submit a proposed abstract to the guest editor, Timothy Baghurst (tbaghurst@fsu.edu), by June 1. Abstracts will be externally reviewed, and the highest-scoring abstracts will be invited to submit the full article. An invitation does not guarantee acceptance of the full article, and all article submissions will undergo a regular peer-review process.
