Job Description / Duties
The Lebanon Valley College Department of Exercise Science seeks a Strength and Conditioning professional, for the growing exercise science department. The Department is dedicated to building a diverse faculty committed to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service to support the development and sensitivity of a community of faculty, staff and students that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The position is a full-time, nine-month, 3-year renewable position. Primary responsibilities include teaching in the undergraduate exercise science curriculum, maintaining an active research agenda in exercise science, and service engagement to the College and community. Other teaching opportunities may be available in one of the new masters of exercise science degree program, based on experience and expertise. Qualifications include a doctoral degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or closely related field, teaching experience in an exercise science curriculum, and NSCA-CSCS or NASM-CPT certification.
