Known as "The City Different," it features over 250 art galleries on Canyon Road, the Meow Wolf immersive art experience, and New Mexican green chile cuisine.

- The cheapest way to get from Albuquerque Airport (ABQ) to Santa Fe is to line 50 bus and train which costs $6 - $10 and takes 3h 10m.
- Train + Bus: You can take the local ABQ RIDE Route 50 bus from the airport to the downtown Alvarado Transportation Center, then catch the New Mexico Rail Runner Express commuter train up to Santa Fe. The train runs on a limited weekday-heavy schedule.
- The fastest and most convenient way to get from Albuquerque Airport (ABQ) to Santa Fe is driving a rental car, using a rideshare, or booking a direct airport shuttle. The roughly 65-mile (105 km) journey takes about 75 to 90 minutes via I-25 North.
- Direct Shuttles: Services like NMShuttle provide direct door-to-door or hub-to-hub transportation for around $63–$68.
- Rideshare (Uber/Lyft): Readily available at the airport terminal, though prices fluctuate between $75 and $185 depending on the time of day.
- Rental Cars: Major rental car counters are on-site at the ABQ airport; driving yourself gives you total flexibility.
