 Digital Poster (Posters are presented as PDFs and 5-minute videos explaining the poster. The PDF and the video are uploaded to Whova. NAKHE provides a PowerPoint template for posters and directions for creating videos. [See the link below.] Poster presenters must be present on-site during the conference poster session and bring 25-30 informative handouts to the session. Large physical posters are not required and will not be displayed on-site.)

Submissions for the Joanna Davenport Graduate Student Poster Award

Posters that are to be considered for the Graduate Student Poster Award must abide by the criteria posted at https://www.nakhe.org/awards.html#DavenportPosterAward 

Eligibility for the Joanna Davenport Graduate Student Poster Award.
 I am a graduate student and I want my poster considered for the Joanna Davenport Graduate Student Poster Award.
 I am a graduate student but I DO NOT want my poster considered for the Joanna Davenport Graduate Student Poster Award.
 I am NOT a graduate student. My poster should NOT be considered for the Joanna Davenport Graduate Student Poster Award.
 
Only presenters registered for the conference by December 1, 2023, will be listed as speakers in the conference program. Non-attending team members will be listed in the presentation's description.
 
Presentations without a speaker registered by December 1 will be deleted from the program.

SUBMISSION CONFIRMATION

After you submit your proposal, you will be taken to a "Confirmation Page" where you may review your proposal. From there you may go back and make corrections or you may click on "Confirm" and go onto the "Thank You" page. This is your confirmation that we have received your proposal. You will not receive an automated email confirming your proposal's submission.

Please save or print a copy of the confirmation page for your records.
